Our Return Process

Refund and Returns Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or refund process as simple as possible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • We’ll send you a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This applies when:

  • The item is returned not in its original condition,
  • It is damaged, or
  • Missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@gadgetlovers.org with your order number and details of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@gadgetlovers.org.
